Wander Girl
Started 4/5/12
AN Notes: A Lost-and-Found story. This is just a random story, with a random OC and an OOC Russia .w. Probably a really fluffy story, where Russia actually has a Happy ending. With lots of sunflowers.and vodka
Please forgive any and all OCC-ness on the characters... Especially Russia. I'm not good making the characters act like they should. xD If it's really bad, feel free to give me a pointer!
Short Summary: Ivan finds a small girl. She knows nothing except a little Russian and her name. This follows the little lost girl's journey, along with Ivan's.
Last Notes:
Italics: Thoughts
"Regular Speech" in Russian for now. They are in Russia afterall.

Chapter 02:
Names, Pasta and A Silver Locket
Ivan sighed happily as he walked into the warmth of his house. Even if it was large, the heating was pretty good.
Lost in the warmth, he startled when he felt a grip tighten on his hand. He looked down, and saw a head of brown hair.
Oh, right... I have a little girl here now. What should I do...?
Ivan calmed himself down, before deciding food would be the best way to go. His stomach agreed.
He leaned down to the little girl, not wanting to scare her with his height.
"Are you hungry?" he asked softly. He was surprised again as the girl nodded, skin becoming a healthier color already.
Hmm... I should see if she has a name. At least she does understand some Russian.
Ivan led the girl to kitchern, and helped her sit on one of the stools. He looked in the pantry, wondering what would be a good thing to make.
I think some light pasta would be good... I don't know why I even have it, but I guess i'm glad it's here...
Ivan covered a laugh, and pulled out some pasta, before setting the water to boil.
After making sure everything was ok for now, he turned back to the girl.
She had taken off the jacket, and hat set it on the table, along with her rabbit. She had on a simple white dress with short sleeves on, and he noticed a heart-shaped silver locket around her neck.
Hmm.
He sat down opposite her, and decided to ask some questions.
"What's your name?" he asked, still speaking softly. He waited for a bit, before the girl finally spoke.
"Eva." she said softly. Ivan noted her voice was soft, as if not used much.
"That's a pretty name, Eva. My name is Ivan." he said, and the girl, now known as Eva, looked up at him with curious eyes.
Ivan smiled, but it was a real smile, unlike the ones he wore at meetings.
Strange, I only met this girl, but i'm smiling for real.
"Why were you outside my home?" he asked.
Eva's head dropped a little, and she shifted her eyes downwards.
Ivan sighed, but let it go for now.
"Well, do you know where your mom or dad is?" he wondered. The Russian heard the water boil, so he got up, watching Eva out of the corner of his eye.
The little girl had started to play with her rabbit, and remained silent.
Ivan then had an idea.
Maybe she only understand simple Russian? Of course, she is young...
He wondered about this as he put the pasta into the pot to cook.
Was she left on the road? How terrible.
Ivan stopped stirring the pasta as a thought struck him.
If she was, then what should I do?

The cold wind wiped through Alaska's long hair as she walked, the chibi's footsteps crunching in the snow behind her. She didn't mind though. She was used to it, living with Russia and all. She continued walking east of her large home. It was Russia's birthday, and Alaska wanted to do something nice for him. She loved him like a father and he treated her like a daughter.

Russian Stereotypes..
"Everyone drinks Vodka?"
The tall Russian man names Ivan, looked up to his dear friend (your name), who was 'supposed' to be looking for information about America. Don't ask why he wanted HER specifically to do it, maybe it was because he just liked seeing her. But for now, he was wishing he hadn't.
"No (your name)." Ivan replied, although chuckling to himself since HE was drinking vodka at the moment himself.
"Is Russia cold all year round?" (Your name) asked again, still looking at the computer screen in front of her.
Ivan felt like it was going to burn her eyes.
"No no (your name) it's not. But, why are you-"
